Trenton’s Pictures

My lovely, super talented, great friend Eileen agreed to take Trenton’s two-year pictures for me this year.  I really wanted some outdoor shots of Trenton, and I love all of the pictures Eileen takes of her daughter.  Between sickness and nasty weather, we kept having to reschedule, but we were finally able to get the pictures taken a couple weeks ago.  I LOVE the way they turned out!

We took these at Yorktown National Cemetery, which dates back to 1866.  Roughly 2200 Civil War soldiers are buried here, less than half of whom are identified.  Most of those identified are Union soldiers.

There were so many wonderful backdrops in the cemetery.  I can’t wait to get some of these framed and up in our house.  Here are some of our favorites.

Don’t you just love them?  Which is your favorite?
