School’s Out for Summer!

School’s out for summer, and as of today, I’m down to one kid in the house for the week.

Trenton and Charlotte left this morning to fly back to Texas with my parents.  They were so excited!  The rest of us will meet up with them next week.

Charlotte has been out of school for a week.

I can’t get over how much she grew this year – both physically and academically.  She started out the beginning of the year not being able to recognize some of her letters, and now she’s spelling out five letter words.

Trenton had his kindergarten “graduation” on Friday.

And oh my goodness, it was the cutest thing!  I was on the verge of tears the whole time.  I can’t believe that my little guy is so grown up!

Trenton is in the back row on the left in the video.

Both kids had such a great year at school!  They can’t wait to get back in the fall, but for now, we have lots of fun stuff planned for the summer!

I bet one kid is a bit of an adjustment. Haha. Seems like the school year went so fast!
